Beginnings
The idea of a project of mine was an old dream. LushiLush emerged on this land of many thoughts, fears and hopes during my maternity leave. It took off when my first child, Tudor, was in the womb. I went to dozens of classes, watched YouTube videos, sketched and thought and rethought many ideas. The real plan wasn't detailed and finalized until I held my baby and paid attention to my needs as a mother. It grew and stayed with me as I became a mother of two and knew that LushiLush is a brand built on the love of babies.
LushiLush is the nickname for a happy and playful, curious, beautiful and energetic baby. The perfect inspiration for a new brand with products aimed at the baby universe, with a simple logo inspired by nature and the love of the Greek lands.
Products inspired by the love for babies
From idea to first products and orders
Before the concept was established, we tested many variations and materials from different sources. We tested labels, boxes, wrapping paper, bags. An unseen journey that didn't show up in the beautiful photos on Instagram, but that existed and meant a lot of work, uninspired choices, but mostly good choices and, in the end, products that I was 100% happy with so that you, but especially your baby, will be happy in the soft embrace of the materials that touch their skin.
I chose white and pastel colours that inspire purity and elegance. Muslin is like an extension of the joy of holding a tiny human baby. And I live it every day: wrapping, writing personalised messages, delivering, enjoying your reactions.
Blankets
When my kids were babies, we used blankets a lot. Different shapes, sizes, colours. On walks, at restaurants, at grandparents, at hotels, at home, at the gas station - everywhere I went with babies I needed a blanket. Under them, as protection from the new environment and over them, to keep them warm and snug when they fell asleep in the pram, pushchair or cot. They were the most used products in our house.
Next were the washcloths. A baby can regurgitate quite often, which outlined the need to have washcloths in the house, made of baby friendly materials. Soft, little ones, lots of them. So they can be used and washed without taking up space.

Christening Trousseaus
The birth of a baby is a transformative moment for its parents, and the joy of new life is celebrated with loved ones, family and friends through the christening ceremony. For such an important, natural and emotional moment we have designed, in the same spirit of pure love and elegance of simplicity, the christening trousseaus. The same natural materials with which we started muslin and linen combine and complement each parent's wishes. The christening trousseaus are personalised, packed in wooden boxes or wicker baskets and bring joy to parents and godparents, and comfort to the little people on such an important day.
Baby clothes
The newest products in the LushiLush universe, in order of development, are, but also clothes for older children. We've added some wonderful creations to the portfolio made from natural materials, in the same pastel colours we started with when we first made the blankets. Dresses, shawls, trousers, blouses, jackets or gowns, all can be found on LushiLush hangers, both in general stock and on custom order.
Motherhood is inspiring, writes one mum-to-be on Instagram after receiving the gift set for baby in her tummy. That was the case for me.
