DELIVERY AND RETURN
1. Ordering products
You can order products online, following the classic steps for ordering on a website.
To order a product, you must provide the necessary data (name, address, phone number, email
address, etc.), which will be used for invoicing and delivery. Refusal to provide the necessary
data for processing the order will make it impossible to process the order.

2. Delivery
Transport within Romania is by express courier.
If the package cannot be delivered (the recipient does not reply, the address you specified is
wrong, etc.), you will be contacted by telephone by the courier. Please take into account the usual
hours for delivery, i.e., between 9-17, when determining the address for delivery (home, work).
Mir Aksaray SRL, the seller of the products promoted through the lushilush website. com, is not
liable for late shipment, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or mis-delivery of a shipment or
a part thereof if caused by, but not limited to, the following situations/circumstances beyond our
control: road blockages (falling trees, rocks, accidents), landslides, bridge collapses, mountain
tunnel blockages, derailment of trains near the road, natural blockages, unauthorised strikes,
spontaneous regional riots, weather conditions unfavourable to the proper conduct of the
proposed itinerary; natural causes: earthquakes, cataclysms, devastating storms, tornadoes,
natural fires, floods, river spills, water shortages, etc. human causes: war, siege, forced
nationalization (state ownership), revolutions, popular uprisings, etc.
In Romania, delivery of products in stock takes 48-72 hours. In most cases, orders for products
in stock arrive in any corner of the country within 48 hours.
For products available on request that require customisation, special sizes, etc., it takes 12-17
working days from the date of order.
For pre-orders, delivery time is 21 working days.
If orders are placed without observing the 12-21 working days required for preparation and
delivery, these cannot be confirmed. If the order is placed and payment is made before the
availability of delivery is confirmed, the amount will be refunded.
The price and method of payment are specified in the order. Mir Aksaray, in capacity of seller,
will issue you, in capacity of buyer, with an invoice for the goods delivered. The buyer is obliged
to provide all the information required to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in
force.
By submitting your order, you agree to receive the invoice in electronic format by electronic mail
to the e-mail address stated in your order.
Shipping is free within Romania for an order exceeding a total value of 300 RON.
For orders with a value of less than 300 RON, you will be responsible for the cost of transport,
i.e., 20 RON.
Outside Romania, in European Union countries,
we can deliver by:
- DHL Delivery: 2 - 3 working days for delivery, from the date the order is ready. Typically,
costs are between 50-90 euros.
or
- DPD: 3 - 7 working days for delivery, from the date the order is prepared. Costs are between
15-30 euros.
Customs and other fees for deliveries outside the European Union
Mir Aksaray Ltd. is not responsible for additional costs such as customs duties. Customs duties
will be paid by the buyer. Customs regulations are different from country to country. Please
check with the customs authority which rules are applicable to your country and estimate the
costs for customs duties.

4. Payment methods
You can pay for LushiLush products as follows:
a. online, by bank card. The transaction will be processed securely via Libra Pay.
b. by bank transfer. Payment of the order will be made to the account MIR AKSARAY SRL,
RO59BREL0002003196290100, opened at LIBRA BANK. Payment by Bank Transfer will be
made following online, email or telephone confirmation of the order and following the invoice
received. If payment is not confirmed within 24 hours from the date of order, the order is
considered cancelled.
c. Cash on delivery. This option is not available for orders outside Romania.
5. Return
If you have purchased an item through lushilush.com and wish to return it, please write to us at
contact@lushilush.com.
In accordance with current legislation, products purchased online from lushilush.com can be
returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The returned product must be undamaged and have no labels removed. Personalised products
can NOT be returned. The transport charge for the returned product is the responsibility of the
buyer. Mir Aksaray undertakes to pay the transport costs in case of return only if the purchased
products are defective.
The value of the returned products shall be transferred to the account IN LEI indicated by you
within 3 working days from the date on which the products are returned to LushiLush.
